Since hemodialysis concentrates are classified as Medical Device by many countries, the laws and regulations that govern the registration and importing of such products is not very stringent. If, however is considered as Drugs, laws for its purchase and import are strict and registration of product is required. Information about exact classification or status of hemodialysis products is provided by Ministry of Health of particular country.
Whatever the case, JMS is ready to cooperate in providing necessary documentation for registration and/or importing hemodialysis products.
